Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about how our game rentals or repairs work? We’ve compiled answers to the most common questions from venue owners and property managers below. If you don’t see your question here, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

For Venue Owners & Operators (Bars, Taprooms, Breweries)

How is this different from a 50/50 revenue share?

Traditional 50/50 splits favor the vendor, not the venue. With our Profit First model, you pay a predictable flat fee and keep 100% of the coin drop. In high-traffic Leavenworth/Plain/Cashmere/Wenatchee/Chelan venues, the machine often pays for itself in the first two weekends, leaving the rest of the month as pure profit for you.

What happens if a machine breaks on a busy night?

We provide a 48-hour service guarantee. Because we are based locally in the valley, we can often arrive faster than that. You’ll have a direct "Emergency Line" to a technician; if it’s a simple fix, we’ll talk you through it; if not, we’re on our way.

Can we control the volume?

Yes. Every machine has adjustable volume settings and "Quiet Hours" scheduling. We can set it to be a high-energy centerpiece or a subtle background amenity to match your venue’s vibe.

For Property Managers (STRs, Airbnbs, Lodges)

Should I set the games to "Free Play" or Coin-Op?

For luxury lodges ($850+/night), we strongly recommend Free Play. It transforms the machine from a "vending unit" into a "premium amenity" like a hot tub. This justifies higher ADR (Average Daily Rate) and is a magnet for 5-star reviews.

Who is liable if a guest damages the machine?

We handle it. Your monthly fee includes a small "self-insurance" reserve that covers typical guest wear-and-tear and minor accidental damage. You don't have to chase guests for repair costs, and we don't charge you for service calls.

What are the power and space requirements?

A standard 110v outlet is all you need. Modern LED pinball machines use less power than a desktop computer. Space-wise, a machine requires roughly a 30" x 60" footprint. We handle the "White-Glove" delivery to ensure it’s placed safely without scuffing your floors.

Do these machines need Wi-Fi?

Yes, we prefer to connect them to your guest Wi-Fi. This allows for "Stern Insider Connected" and remote monitoring features, letting your guests track high scores globally and allowing us to run remote diagnostics to catch mechanical issues before they cause downtime.
